Mindful Walks & Forest Bathing

Slow-paced walks through woods, fields, or wildflower meadows, where the focus is on presence, not pace. We’ll pause often, breathe deeply, and connect with nature using all five senses. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, these sessions gently support mental clarity, relaxation, and emotional grounding.
